Sound Bath Group Sessions
What better way to relax and reset!
NOTE:
When booking Sound Bath sessions for groups, please provide suitable venue, i.e
- A space which is quiet with a area to hold approximately 10 – 20 people lying down on yoga mats.
- The session can be done for the on the same amount of chairs.
- Venues such as halls, gyms, yoga studio's and even martial arts academys with good acoustics (would be great but not a necessity ) may have a room that can facilitate the event.
- All taking part will have to bring their own mats, blankets and cushions, if lying down,
- some Yoga venues may already have mats available.
